Our volunteers are incredible and they come from all over the community; individuals, church youth groups, girl scout troops, 4-H clubs, and school groups. In 2022 we had 100+ volunteers log in over 11,000 hours of service here at the Mission. Our core group of volunteers (about 37 strong) are here week after week giving of their time and talents in the service of others. The individuals in that core group attend the following churches in our community:

  • Alexandria United Methodist
  • Cold Spring Baptist
  • Crossroads
  • Emmanuel Baptist
  • Grants Lick Baptist
  • Highland Hills Baptist
  • Lakeside Christian
  • Main Street Baptist
  • Persimmon Grove Baptist
  • St. Joseph, Cold Spring
  • St. Mary
  • The Bridge
  • Mentor Baptist

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” 1 Peter 4:10
